We charge hourly rate of £150-£200 for our immigration clients, but we could also agree on a fixed fee for many straightforward immigration applications. Agreed block fee is the most effective way for immigration application as the applicant would know exactly how much they will be spending.

All our fees are based on average anticipated time we spend on each matter. All figures exclude VAT unless specifically stated.

Disbursements (not included in costs set out above). Disbursements are costs related to your matter that are payable to third parties, such as visa fees. Most of the time we handle the payment of the disbursements on your behalf to ensure a smoother process.
Please ask for Interpreters fees if you do not speak English,as we are able to offer interpreter services. But you can bring your own interpreter/friend if you wish.
Independent expert reports e.g. medical experts. These are not required in many cases: we will let you know as soon as possible if we consider an expert report is necessary.
If there is an interview and we do attend with you, there will be additional disbursements to cover our mileage/travel expenses.
Any Home Office fees for making the application. You will pay this to the Home Office directly as part of the application process.
Where the Home Office refuse your application, advice and assistance in relation to any appeal.
We cannot guarantee how long the Home Office will take to process your application. Read the current processing times at Home Office web site.
Before we start your application,we will discuss about the time scale to submit your application.
